About this file
This is a Seller Standard Operating Procedures Checklist prepared for a Pennsylvania municipal procurement in support of a micro-purchase bid for personal protective equipment and pest control supplies. The City of Pennsylvania is soliciting bids for Permethrin Spray, hi-visibility safety vests, and hi-visibility safety bucket hats. The procurement will be awarded as a whole or by individual line items at the City's discretion to the lowest responsible bidder. Sellers must submit quotes for all items to be considered eligible for award, and no delivery or services may commence until formal notification is received from the procuring department.
The checklist document outlines seller compliance and submission requirements for the bidding process. Prospective vendors must adhere to all procedural guidelines established in the checklist to ensure their bids receive proper consideration. The procurement operates on a lowest-price evaluation methodology, emphasizing cost competitiveness while maintaining vendor responsibility standards. Award notification will be provided upon completion of the evaluation process, at which time the selected vendor may proceed with fulfilling the City's requirements for the specified items.
