About this file

This is a Seller Statement of Operations (SOP) Checklist for Pennsylvania related to a Three Screen LED Wall Package procurement (B2727369). The document serves as a compliance and operational verification tool for sellers responding to this state and local contract opportunity. The checklist outlines mandatory requirements and procedural steps that sellers must complete and confirm prior to bid submission. The procurement will be awarded as a whole to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with all items required to be quoted for eligibility. Sellers are explicitly prohibited from delivering products or providing services until formal notification is received from the purchasing department. This procurement will result in a requirements contract upon award.

The checklist establishes operational standards and confirmation requirements that sellers must meet to qualify as responsive bidders. Key emphasis is placed on seller readiness, compliance with all specifications, and adherence to operational procedures outlined in the solicitation documents. Pricing must be all-inclusive for the complete Three Screen LED Wall Package offering, with no partial bids permitted. The document functions as both a pre-submission verification tool and a baseline for evaluating seller capability and responsibility, ensuring that only qualified vendors capable of meeting all operational and delivery requirements are considered for contract award.
