About this file

This is a Seller Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Checklist document related to a Pennsylvania state and local micro purchase for a Speed Queen commercial washer. The solicitation is open to responsive and responsible bidders and will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever serves the City's best interest, to the lowest responsive bidder. Sellers must quote all items to be eligible for award. The contract period runs from May 27, 2026, through June 30, 2026. Bidders are instructed not to deliver or provide services until receiving official notification from the department.

The checklist document itself appears to be an internal operational guide for sellers participating in this procurement, outlining procedural requirements and compliance standards that must be met during the bidding process. Specific pricing terms, set-asides, and detailed funding information are not provided in this checklist document, as it functions primarily as a procedural reference tool for vendors rather than a detailed procurement specification sheet.
