About this file

This is a seller checklist for the City of Philadelphia Procurement Department's Software Program, outlining the required steps for vendors submitting quotes through the PHLContracts online portal. The checklist guides sellers through a 12-step process that includes verifying correct seller role access, completing the General Tab by answering Local Business Entity (LBE) certification status, entering unit costs and discounts in the Items Tab, answering mandatory questions, accepting terms and conditions, uploading required attachments, and reviewing and submitting the final quote. The software procurement opportunity referenced is for Toad and Foglight Renewal, a software purchase contract with the City of Philadelphia in Pennsylvania.

The procurement indicates that software purchases will be awarded to the City's current software vendors unless otherwise specified, and vendors are required to submit product literature upon request. The checklist emphasizes that all validation warnings must be addressed before quote submission and that vendors must complete every tab to proceed. No specific pricing terms, response dates, or contract award timelines are detailed in this document; however, the LBE Program does not apply to the Software Program despite the question appearing in the submission process.
