About this file
This is a Seller Checklist for Small Order Purchases issued by the City of Philadelphia Procurement Department for a mobile charging cabinet micro purchase opportunity (B2728292). The checklist outlines the procedural requirements for vendors submitting quotes through the PHLContracts online platform. The micro purchase will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever serves the City's best interest, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Vendors must quote all items to be eligible for award and should not deliver or provide services until receiving notification from the department.
The checklist establishes a multi-step submission process requiring vendors to confirm their seller role, answer questions regarding Local Business Entity (LBE) certification status, enter unit costs for each listed item, complete mandatory questions, accept terms and conditions, and submit required attachments. Critical documentation includes an executed Consent & Authorization form, which must be on file in the vendor's profile for any quote to be considered. Vendors may optionally submit an LGBTQ Applicant Opportunity Data Form. The submission process requires vendors to review validation warnings at each stage and address any red validation messages before submitting the final quote through the PHLContracts platform.
