About this file
This is a Seller Checklist for Small Order Purchases issued by the City of Philadelphia Procurement Department through the PHLContracts platform for the procurement of storage boxes. The checklist outlines the procedural requirements for vendors submitting quotes on a small purchase opportunity that will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever serves the City's best interest, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Sellers must quote all items listed in order to remain eligible for award consideration. The document does not specify response deadlines, site visits, bidder conferences, or contract award and term dates.
The checklist establishes pricing requirements by directing sellers to enter unit costs for each item in the Items Tab and mandates completion of all mandatory questions in the Questions Tab. Sellers must accept the terms and conditions, download required attachments, and submit an executed Consent & Authorization form with their quote; quotes without this form on file will not be considered. While the Local Business Entity (LBE) Program does not apply to small order purchases, sellers must still answer the LBE certification question to proceed. Sellers have the option to submit the LGBTQ Applicant Opportunity Data Form. The procurement is issued by the City of Philadelphia in Pennsylvania and requires all documentation and validation warnings to be addressed before quote submission through the PHLContracts platform.
