About this file

This is a Seller Checklist for Small Order Purchases issued by the City of Philadelphia Procurement Department through the PHLContracts platform for a micro purchase of TV and Stand equipment. The procurement will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever serves the City's best interest, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Sellers must quote all items to be eligible for award and are prohibited from delivering or providing services until receiving official notification from the department.

The checklist outlines a 13-step submission process that requires sellers to maintain the Seller role in the system, answer the Local Business Entity (LBE) certification question, enter unit costs for each listed item, complete mandatory questions, accept the terms and conditions, and submit required attachments. All quotes must include an executed Consent & Authorization form on file; failure to provide this document will result in the quote being rejected. Sellers are encouraged to complete the optional LGBTQ Applicant Opportunity Data Form and may attach additional supporting documentation related to their quote. The process requires sellers to review validation warnings and submit their complete quote through the PHLContracts portal at www.PHLContracts.phila.gov.
