About this file

This is a Seller Checklist for Small Order Purchases issued by the City of Philadelphia Procurement Department for a metal shelving units micro purchase opportunity. The procurement will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever serves the city's best interest, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Sellers must quote all items to be eligible for award and should not deliver or provide services until formally notified by the department.

The checklist outlines the required submission steps for vendors responding to this opportunity through the PHLContracts.phila.gov platform. Vendors must complete all tabs including General, Items, Questions, Terms & Conditions, Attachments, and Summary sections. Key requirements include selecting Local Business Entity (LBE) certification status, entering unit costs for each line item, answering all mandatory questions, accepting terms and conditions, and submitting a signed Consent & Authorization form. An optional LGBTQ Applicant Opportunity Data Form may be submitted. Vendors are instructed to address all red validation warnings before submitting their quotes. No quote will be considered without an executed Consent & Authorization form on file.
