About this file
This is a Seller Checklist for Small Order Purchases issued by the City of Philadelphia Procurement Department through the PHLContracts platform for a cookout items micro purchase in Pennsylvania. The checklist outlines the submission requirements for vendors responding to this requirements-based procurement, which will be awarded as a whole or by line item to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. All items must be quoted by interested sellers to be eligible for award, and vendors are instructed not to deliver or provide services until notified by the department.
The submission process requires vendors to complete multiple tabs within the PHLContracts system, including confirming seller role, answering the Local Business Entity (LBE) certification question, entering unit costs for each line item, answering mandatory questions, accepting terms and conditions, and uploading required attachments. All bidders must submit an executed Consent & Authorization form as a prerequisite for consideration; failure to provide this document will result in quote rejection. Vendors have the option to submit the LGBTQ Applicant Opportunity Data Form and may attach additional supporting documentation. Final quote submission occurs through the PHLContracts portal after review and resolution of all validation warnings.
