About this file
This is a Seller Checklist for a micropurchase awarded by a Pennsylvania city government for Canon IPF printers. The micropurchase will be awarded as a whole or by individual line items, whichever serves the city's best interests, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Prospective sellers must quote all items listed to be eligible for award consideration. The checklist establishes requirements that sellers must meet and verify prior to bid submission. Importantly, sellers are instructed not to deliver products or provide services until receiving formal notification from the city department.
The micropurchase structure allows for flexible award options based on the city's procurement objectives and cost considerations. All bidders must submit complete quotations covering all line items to maintain eligibility; partial quotes will render a bid non-responsive. The checklist serves as a verification tool to ensure sellers understand and comply with all micropurchase requirements and conditions before submitting their bids.
