About this file

This is a Seller Checklist document issued by the City of Philadelphia Procurement Department for submission of quotes on a small order purchase for CCOM Folding Tables and Chairs. The procurement is structured as a micro purchase to be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever serves the City's best interest, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Sellers must quote all items listed to be eligible for award consideration. The document does not specify project quantities, response deadlines, site visits, or bidder conferences. No delivery or services are to commence until official notification from the department.

The seller checklist outlines a 13-step submission process that requires vendors to confirm their seller role, answer mandatory questions regarding Local Business Entity (LBE) certification status, enter unit costs for each line item, accept terms and conditions, and submit required documentation. All quotes must include an executed Consent & Authorization form in the vendor profile; failure to provide this document will result in quote rejection. Optional submissions include the LGBTQ Applicant Opportunity Data Form and any supporting documents related to the quote. Vendors must address all red validation warnings before submission through the PHLContracts.phila.gov portal. The procurement does not reference specific pricing requirements, set-asides, incumbent vendors, or funding sources.
