About this file

This is a Seller Checklist for a Revenue Vault Hinge Bearing Rebuild micro purchase opportunity issued by the City of Pennsylvania. The project involves the rebuild of hinge bearings for a revenue vault, with the micro purchase to be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever serves the City's best interests. Bidders must quote all items to be eligible for award consideration. The checklist serves as a pre-submission verification tool to ensure sellers meet all requirements and have prepared necessary documentation before submitting their bids. No delivery of products or services shall occur until the bidder receives formal notification from the department.

The checklist format indicates this is a competitive bidding process where the award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. As a micro purchase, this opportunity is subject to simplified procurement procedures and thresholds. Sellers using this checklist should verify they have completed all required sections, obtained necessary certifications, and submitted accurate pricing and technical information before the response deadline. The document does not specify pricing terms, set-asides, or funding amounts, but emphasizes the importance of complete and compliant submissions to qualify for consideration.
