About this file
This document is a seller checklist for small purchases issued by the City of Philadelphia Procurement Department through the PHLContracts platform. The checklist provides step-by-step guidance for vendors submitting quotes for Heavy Duty Shelving, a micro purchase to be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The micro purchase will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever serves the City's best interests. A critical requirement is that vendors must quote all items to be eligible for award and must provide both delivery and full on-site assembly of the shelf unit(s) as part of their quote submission. No additional details regarding quantities, response dates, due dates, or award dates are specified in this checklist document.
The seller checklist outlines the submission process for vendors but does not contain specific pricing information, contract terms, or funding details. Vendors are required to complete all mandatory steps including confirming their business status as a Local Business Entity (LBE), entering unit costs for each item, answering required questions, accepting terms and conditions, and submitting a Consent & Authorization form with their quote. Vendors may optionally submit an LGBTQ Applicant Opportunity Data Form. The document emphasizes that all costs for delivery, assembly, and other requirements must be included in the quoted price, and vendors should not deliver or provide services until officially notified by the City department. Quotes are submitted through www.PHLContracts.phila.gov.
