About this file
This is a Seller Checklist document related to a micro purchase opportunity for OPS branded supplies issued by the City in Pennsylvania. The procurement will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever serves the City's best interest, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Sellers must quote all items listed to be eligible for award consideration. The document functions as a verification tool for bidders to ensure they have submitted all required documentation and met all submission requirements before the deadline.
The checklist emphasizes that no delivery or provision of services should occur until formal notification is received from the department. Bidders are advised to review all submission components against the checklist items to confirm compliance with the procurement requirements. This micro purchase structure allows flexibility in award methodology while maintaining competitive bidding principles and ensures that only complete, compliant bids are evaluated for this branded supplies contract.
