About this file
This is a Seller Checklist document for the City of Philadelphia's procurement of MX908 Handheld Mass Spectrometers and accessories. The solicitation requires all quotes to be submitted through PHLContracts no later than 10:30 AM on the bid opening date, with no quotes accepted after this deadline. Sellers are responsible for ensuring timely submission of their proposals in accordance with Section 2 of the Invitation and Bid requirements.
The checklist document serves as a reference tool for potential sellers to verify they have completed all necessary steps and provided required documentation before submitting their bids. Specific pricing terms, set-asides, funding sources, and other financial details are not specified in this checklist document itself, as it functions primarily as a procedural guide for the bidding process rather than a comprehensive outline of the contract terms and conditions.
