About this file
This is an evaluation methodology attachment for a federal contract opportunity using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) will award the contract to the responsive offeror that meets all technical requirements and submits the lowest price.
The minimum technical requirements specify that offerors must provide all items with matching part numbers as listed in Section B - Price Schedule and must be an authorized reseller or partner of Grayshift. The lowest priced offeror will be required to provide proof of their Grayshift reseller/partner status. Proposals will be evaluated on a pass/fail basis as either "acceptable" or "unacceptable," with no additional evaluation benefit given to proposals that exceed the minimum requirements. Any offer that cannot meet the minimum technical requirements will be deemed unacceptable regardless of price.
