Section L - Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors

FINAL DOWNSELECT, MAAS PRODUCTION

L-901. INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS

A. Overview

Final Downselect, MAAS Production will be based on an evaluation of data presented at successful First Article Testing (FAT). In this context, the only planned submittal is the updated pricing volume in the required pricing spreadsheet, MAAS Downselect Pricing Matrix (Attachment 04). If only one (1) contractor successfully completed FAT, no pricing revision will be requested as the pricing for the basic competition will serve as the determination for fair and reasonable price competition. In order to be considered for the award of the full requirement the awardees must be in FACTOR II, see below. Award of the requirements type contract and its subsequent first order will constitute the authority for successful offeror to proceed to production.
