About this file
This document contains Sections L and M from a federal solicitation for contract repair services issued by the Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC). The solicitation intends to award contracts to multiple technically qualified vendors who are listed as approved sources on the AFMC 762 Contract Repair Screening Analysis Worksheet for at least one National Stock Number (NSN).
Key requirements include submitting a digital proposal, completing a Notice of Intent to Participate, and meeting Repair Qualification Requirements (RQR). Vendors must be qualified for at least one NSN and demonstrate responsibility according to FAR 9.104 and DFARS 209.105-1 standards. The evaluation process involves checking the vendor's cage code against the AFMC 762, reviewing submitted SAR packages, verifying completed clauses and certifications, and assessing past performance. While the government intends to award to all qualified vendors, it reserves the right to award no contract at all.
