About this file
This document contains a performance metrics survey and rating key for a federal contract to provide Naval Aviation Enterprise Support Services. The contract is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity agreement between the Commander, Fleet Readiness Center and a contractor. It requires the contractor to provide technical, analytical, and managerial services to support the Naval Aviation Enterprise mission of sustaining readiness and advancing capabilities. Performance will be evaluated on a quarterly basis against six criteria: personnel management; quality and completeness of deliverables; timeliness of deliverables and services; responsiveness to issues; accuracy and timeliness of monthly reports; and maintaining expenditures within allocated budgets. The contractor must meet defined performance thresholds to receive a rating of one, and corrective action may be required for ratings of two or three. The related solicitation seeks proposals due by April 15, 2022 to provide services and support under the IDIQ contract structure using both cost-plus-fixed-fee and cost reimbursable contract line items.
