About this file
This document is a form template for identifying local area concerns within a half-mile radius of a proposed Residential Reentry Center (RRC) site. The template requires offerors to comprehensively document nearby facilities that might potentially raise public concern, including schools, day-care centers, historical landmarks, and residential facilities.
The form is structured with three columns: "Business Name & Address", "Distance From Proposed Site", and "Offeror's Narrative Concerning Possible Opposition Near Proposed Site". Offerors are instructed to complete the table with all appropriate information without limitation on the number of entries. This appears to be part of a solicitation by the Department of Justice Bureau of Prisons for Residential Reentry Services in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, specifically related to documenting potential community impact and perception of a proposed RRC facility location.
