About this file

Appendix A is a detailed mapping document for a sealcoating project located at 445-447 Delaware Avenue, associated with the Bethlehem Town Hall parking lot in New York. The document provides specific instructions for parking lot markings, including detailed specifications for police-only parking spaces, with red lines one foot in width and lettering one foot tall. The map indicates the project will be segmented into two distinct areas - green and purple zones - which can be completed in either order, with clear delineation of parking spot allocation and directional signage requirements.

The project appears to be a pavement maintenance initiative involving sealcoating and parking lot repair, focusing on precise surface and marking improvements. While specific pricing details are not explicitly stated in the document, the appendix suggests a structured approach to site preparation and marking, indicating a professional municipal infrastructure improvement project. The document does not specify exact contract value, funding sources, or bidding timeline, but provides technical guidance for contractors on site-specific requirements for surface treatment and parking space designations.
