About this file
The document is a Supplier Diversity Program (SDP) Spending Report Excel spreadsheet from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, designed to track prime contractor spending with diverse business partners. The form is a quarterly reporting requirement for contractors, mandating submission within 45 days of each quarter's end to the Commonwealth Contract Manager. The report requires detailed documentation of contractor information, including annual supplier diversity spending commitment percentages, and comprehensive tracking of quarterly contract sales and spending with Supplier Diversity Program partners.
The spreadsheet supports Massachusetts' commitment to diverse business participation by requiring contractors to report spending with certified diverse businesses, including Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Woman Business Enterprises (WBE), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Enterprises (SDVOBE), and other certified business categories. Contractors must provide exact dollar figures of quarterly spending with diverse partners, categorizing relationships as either subcontracting or ancillary products and services. The form includes certification verification requirements, with partners needing to be listed in official certification directories such as the Supplier Diversity Office Directory of Certified Businesses or U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Vendor Information Pages. The document emphasizes transparency and accountability, with contractors required to certify the report's accuracy "under the pains and penalties of perjury."
