About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) that applies to all Prototype Orders (POs) awarded under the Hybrid Acquisition for Proliferated Low-Earth Orbit (HALO) Agreement Number FA2401249XXXX.
The SOW outlines requirements for HALO Pool members, including attending major HALO meetings, providing status updates on space vehicle bus design maturity, and responding to POs as appropriate. It also lists the compliance documents and reference documents that apply to all POs. The compliance documents cover cybersecurity, space systems requirements, and other federal regulations. The reference documents provide guidance on technical reviews, risk assessments, and industry standards related to satellite systems and counterfeit parts prevention.
