About this file
The document is a Special Delegation of Authority (SDA) solicitation from the Missouri Department of Corrections (DOC) for Community Reentry Funding (Solicitation Number SDA480011). This procurement opportunity was open to all vendors from May 13, 2020, to June 9, 2020, seeking community organizations to provide comprehensive wrap-around reentry services designed to help offenders become law-abiding citizens. Vendors were required to complete and submit Exhibits A through G as part of their bid response, with options to submit proposals either electronically through the MissouriBUYS system or via hard copy to the DOC.
The funding structure for selected organizations includes an initial payment of 50% upon award, with subsequent payments of 25% in January and 25% in April, contingent upon available expenditures. While the total estimated contract value was not specified, the solicitation emphasizes supporting community-based programs that enhance public safety and promote offender rehabilitation. The procurement does not appear to have specific set-aside designations or restrictions on organizational types, and no incumbent vendors were identified. The primary goal is to support offender reentry services that facilitate successful community reintegration and reduce recidivism in Missouri communities.
