About this file

This is Addendum #1 to Invitation for Bid (IFB) SD15-00026 issued by the State of California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation on April 1, 2016, for Leadership Training services. The addendum revises the Bidder Minimum Qualifications section of the IFB, with all other terms and conditions remaining unchanged. The contract requires trainers to be Leadership Challenge Certified Master Facilitators and Certified Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) Coaches, with a minimum of five years of experience delivering The Leadership Challenge® Workshop. The document removes the previous requirement for trainers to have experience in correctional and/or medical environments.

The bidder must be licensed to do business in California and provide documentation and certifications demonstrating all minimum qualifications have been met, including full trainer biographies and proof of certification. No pricing terms, set-asides, or funding information is included in this addendum.
