About this file

This Scope of Work document pertains to the Illinois State Fair (ISF) 2025 Conservation World event, detailing requirements for portable sanitation services. The contract includes four line items: 15 standard portable toilets, 5 handicap-accessible portable toilets, 9 double hand washing stations, and an optional 4-stall restroom trailer with A/C, all to be delivered and installed by August 6, 2025, and used during the fair from August 7-17, 2025. The units will be positioned within Conservation World and must be serviced daily, with removal beginning August 18, 2025.

Vendor requirements are stringent, mandating on-site presence and on-call availability throughout the fair duration. The vendor must respond to service calls within 30 minutes, utilize side-by-side or small utility vehicles for water and grey water management, and have limited access due to site constraints. Subcontractors are explicitly prohibited, and the vendor must maintain hand washing stations 4-5 times daily, ensuring adequate supplies and immediate response to service requests. No pricing details are provided in this scope of work document, which focuses exclusively on operational specifications and service expectations for the portable sanitation equipment.
