About this file
This Scope of Services document is for Orange County, Florida, specifically addressing the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) Campus Automatic Gates project. The project involves providing and installing motorized slide gates at the West Dock Entrance and Exit areas to enhance facility security and prevent unauthorized access. The scope of work includes replacing existing slide gates with two new motorized gates, installing gate operators, adding an on/off switch in the guard shack, providing Knox Access Boxes, and ensuring gate operators are compatible with future access control systems. The work is to be performed between 6 pm and 6 am, coordinating with OCCC Capital Planning Representatives to minimize disruption to convention center activities.
The estimated project cost is $210,290.00, with electronic bid submissions required through the ProcureNow OpenGov e-Procurement Platform by 4:00 pm EST on Tuesday, November 14, 2023.
