This document outlines a schedule of work items and services required under a federal contract solicitation for cultural resource data modernization and predictive modeling across multiple forests in Oregon and Washington. Key requirements include entering over 59,000 existing cultural resource records and 49,000 inventory reports from 16 forests and one national scenic area into the United States Forest Service's Natural Resources Manager Heritage database. Additional optional services involve developing predictive models for Pre-Contact historic properties for each forest unit using the compiled database and GIS software.
