About this file
This document is a Contractor Performance Evaluation Survey for RFP No. 230000003226 issued by the Michigan Public School Employees' Retirement System (MPSERS). The survey evaluates the performance of the contractor across several areas, including Account Management, Member Communications, Data Reporting, Clinical Management, Member Services Management, and Administrative and Financial Support. The contractor must achieve an overall score of 4.00 or higher to comply with the Service Level Agreement.
The related state and local contract opportunity is for HMO health coverage (medical and prescription drug services) for the Medicare-Eligible Members and non-Medicare Eligible Members of MPSERS, administered by the Michigan Office of Retirement Services (ORS). The contract will have a term of one (1) year, with four (4) one-year options. The RFP solicits proposals from contractors for fully-insured HMO offerings only. Bidder proposals must reflect these requirements, and the Question and Answer document and revised Schedule M have been made available for reference.
