About this file
This is a Pricing Matrix Schedule from the State of Michigan Department of Health and Human Services Bureau of Grants & Purchasing for Request for Proposal No. 200000002071, Building Community Partner Services. The document outlines the pricing structure for two primary service categories: Building Community Partners Supportive Services and Building Community Partners - Parent Partners. Contractors are required to propose the annual number of units to be provided for each service type across three fiscal years and submit corresponding unit rates for each service category. Additionally, contractors must allocate proposed amounts for transportation costs (mileage reimbursement) and specific assistance for each of the three fiscal years of the contract term.
Pricing terms are based on unit rates established by the contractor and approved through the RFP process. Contractors are permitted to bill the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services for travel costs, including mileage, meals, and lodging, at either the premium state rate or the contractor's usual employee reimbursement rate, whichever is less, with state rates available through the Michigan Department of Management and Budget website. A critical requirement stipulates that contractors cannot charge the department more for service provision than rates charged to other entities receiving the same services. All contractors must certify that proposed prices were developed independently without consultation or agreement with competing contractors.
