About this file
This is a pricing matrix (Schedule B) for the State of Michigan's Request for Proposal No. 180000000444 for Planting Oversight and Logistics services. The contract covers oversight of tree seedling planting programs during 2018-2020, encompassing both the Upper and Lower Peninsula regions for the Forest Resources Division and Wildlife Division. The scope includes oversight of approximately 20.4 million seedlings total, with varying planting densities ranging from 300 to 1,300 seedlings per acre across planting areas of 25 to 500 acres in size.
Pricing must be submitted per thousand seedlings planted and include all costs, fees, and potential charges. The contractor may offer quick payment terms for early invoice payment. Prices quoted are fixed for 365-day periods, with changes permitted based on documented cost adjustments with 30 days' written notice. Price change requests require supporting documentation of actual cost increases and are subject to DNR Procurement Services evaluation using various economic indicators. The total contract price is derived from six separate line items covering both initial planting and replanting oversight across three divisions/regions.
