About this file

This is a Schedule B pricing document from the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) Davison Transportation Service Center (TSC) for winter maintenance services at the Davison TSC parking lot and sidewalks located at 9495 Potter Rd, Davison, MI 48423 in Genesee County. The contract solicitation (RFP 260000000182) requests winter maintenance services including snow plowing, snow removal, de-icing, and salting operations. The service area encompasses 27,146 square feet of parking lot and 2,860 square feet of sidewalks. The contract term is three years beginning November 24, 2025 and ending November 23, 2028, with two one-year renewal options available. Services are required during business hours Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with all schedules subject to approval by the Program Manager. Service delivery schedules and commencement dates will be determined by the Program Manager at the contract start.

The pricing schedule requires contractors to provide unit pricing for three service categories: monthly charges for snow removal and de-icing when accumulation is up to six inches (six months per year); per-occurrence charges for snow removal and de-icing when accumulation exceeds six inches (seven occurrences estimated per year); and per-occurrence call-back services for weather-dependent work (seven occurrences estimated per year). Contractors must complete all pricing fields and include all costs such as one-time charges, fees, and ancillary expenses in their proposals. Failure to complete the pricing schedule as specified may result in proposal disqualification. Contractors are encouraged to offer quick payment discount terms, provided the payment deadline does not exceed the specified number of days after invoice receipt, excluding processing time. Contract Administrator Anna Swanson (swansona1@michigan.gov, 517-230-2063) and Program Manager Harold Inmann (InmanH@michigan.gov, 248-431-2265) are the primary agency contacts.
