Delivery must occur between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. EST on weekdays.
The pricing for this contract is firm for the entire contract period, with payment to be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) following submission of compliant invoices to the project manager. Bidders must describe their delivery programs, transportation methods, quality assurance programs, warranty offerings, and recall procedures. All products must comply with hazardous chemical identification requirements under federal Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act regulations, and bidders must confirm mercury-free status and disclose any brominated flame retardants content. Packaging must be optimized for lowest freight rates and palletized using manufacturer standard 4-way shipping pallets whenever possible.
