About this file
This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration Wage and Hour Division. The document establishes prevailing wage rates for service employees in Iowa (Woodbury Counties) and Nebraska (Dakota Counties) under Wage Determination No. 2015-5007, Revision 32, dated August 12, 2026.
The wage determination lists hourly rates for approximately 300 occupation classifications across multiple occupational categories, including administrative and clerical, automotive service, food preparation and service, furniture maintenance and repair, general services and support, health occupations, information and arts, information technology, instructional occupations, laundry and dry cleaning, machine tool operations, materials handling and packing, mechanics and maintenance and repair, personal needs, plant and systems operations, protective services, recreation, stevedoring and longshoreman services, and technical occupations. Rates range from $12.78 per hour (Waiter/Waitress) to $48.25 per hour (Registered Nurse IV). The determination mandates fringe benefits of $5.92 per hour (up to 48 hours per week or $236.00 weekly) for all occupations listed, or alternatively $5.42 per hour (up to 48 hours per week or $216.80 weekly) under Executive Order 13786. Additional benefits include two weeks paid vacation after one year of service, three weeks after eight years, four weeks after fifteen years, and five weeks after twenty years; eleven paid holidays annually; and night pay differentials (10% for night shift work and 5-10% Sunday pay for full-time employees). The determination applies to all contracts subject to the Service Contract Act awarded on or after January 1, 2015, and includes provisions for uniform allowances, hazardous pay differentials (8% for high-hazard positions and 4% for low-hazard positions), and procedures for requesting additional occupational classifications and wage rates using Standard Form 1444.
