This is a Salient Characteristics document for a goods contract for the United States Air Force Band, Washington, D.C., dated 4 March 2026.

The Air Force Band requires procurement of two (2) DiGiCo Quantum 112 digital mixing consoles and four (4) Fourier Audio Transform.Engine real-time audio processing units. The DiGiCo consoles must feature a latest-generation FPGA processing platform with minimum 128 input channels, Optocore ports, Mustard Processing and Nodal Processing capability, 96kHz operation, integrated redundant power supplies, and compatibility with existing DiGiCo stage racks and infrastructure. The Fourier Transform.Engine units must provide low-latency processing optimized for live sound, cross-platform plugin compatibility (VST3 or equivalent), redundant power capability, and network audio compatibility suitable for DiGiCo system integration. All equipment must be new (not used or refurbished), include manufacturer's warranties, all required software licenses, power supplies, and standard accessories. Delivery is required to Hangar 2, 201 McChord Street SW, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington, DC 20032.
