About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document clarifying specifications for a DiGiCo Q112 audio console procurement.
The document addresses six key clarifications to the RFP specifications. The Q112 console input specification has been corrected from 128 inputs to 80 mono inputs, which represents the maximum capability of the equipment with no upgrade options available. For optical connectivity, the specified requirement is Option 1, the Optocore internal HMA port. The procurement requires a custom Q112 Flight Case with Pullout Keyboard on Casters as the specified case configuration. The delivery is structured as a box sale only with drop-ship to a designated address, with no programming, setup, system configuration, or local labor required from the vendor. Network audio compatibility and integration capability with DiGiCo systems are required, but additional switches and cabling for Fourier Transform engines are not to be included in the quote. Cases for the Fourier Engines are not required in the quote.

Questions and Answers
1) The RFP specifies at Q112 with "minimum of 128 inputs.” Digico limits the max channel count on the Digico Q112 to 80 mono inputs. There is no option to upgrade currently beyond the 80 inputs. What is the correct number of inputs?
80 inputs. 128 inputs was a data error.
2) The RFP specifies "opticore" ports. The Q112 has three options for optico ports. Option 1 is an internal HMA port, Option 2 is an internal ST port, Option 3 is a DMI card slot Optical port. Please state which option you would prefer.
Option 1 Optocore internal HMA port.
3) I see the AF band is currently using SD11 consoles. The Q112 will not fit in an SD11 case. Digico offers different cases for the console. A custom Q112 Flight Case with Pullout Keyboard on Casters or a universal Q112 Flight Case on Casters - SKB. Are either of these cases required in the RFP?
Yes, the custom Q112 Flight Case with Pullout Keyboard on Casters.
4) Confirming that this is a box sale only with a drop ship to the specified address. The RFP requires no programming, setup, system configuration, or local labor.
Confirmed only drop; no further actions.
5) The RFP lists "Network audio compatibility suitable for integration with DiGiCo systems." To run 4 Fourier Transform engines the system would require additional switches and cabling. Do those need to be provided in the Quote?
No.
6) Should the quote include any cases for the Fourier Engines? If so, what case configuration is required?
No.
