1. Is this equipment currently under a maintenance contract? If so, can you provide the contract number and the value?

RESPONSE: There is no present contract.

2. When will the current contract end?

3. What is the name of the incumbent (if applicable)?

4. If we subcontract this work, can we provide the subcontractor’s past performance references?

RESPONSE: Yes.

5. If so, are the subcontractor’s references required to complete the “Past Performance Questionnaire”?

RESPONSE: Yes, but ensure the proposal indicates who you are using as a subcontractor.

If the questionnaire cannot be associated with the prime, it will be disregarded.

6. What is the age of the equipment? When was the last time these units were serviced? Are there maintenance records for the equipment?

RESPONSE: Bldg 302-2years, Bldg 205- IR compressors and dryer around 2000 and the Atlas Copco 2 years, Building 215 IR Compressors 12 years.

Bldg 205 was serviced by the customer. Bldg 215 was maintained by NIST and 302 is maintained by building personnel. Records are spotty for these compressors.

7. Is the current contractor (if applicable) performing maintenance specifically on the Dryer systems other than what was listed in the solicitation?
