AMENDMENT 0004

A clarification is being posted concerning section 2.2 Deliverables. Specifically, section 2.2.5 Final design drawings incorrectly reads “Due 4 weeks after award of the contract”. The clarification is to correct this statement to read as follows: “final design drawings are due 4 weeks after preliminary design drawings are approved by the COR”

Amendment to ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.252-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS--COMPETITIVE ACQUISITION (JAN 2004) - ALTERNATE I (OCT 1997), paragraph C.

Paragraph C addresses proposal submission instructions. The following information removes the requirement for proposal submission through the FedBizOpps “Bid Module” that is inactive and requires interested parties to email the technical and business proposals.

Submission instructions are hereby changed as follows:

Emailed proposals are preferred and shall be addressed to: donald.collie@nist.gov. Faxed proposals will NOT be accepted. Offerors’ proposals shall not be deemed received by the Government until the entire proposal is entered into the e-mail address inbox set forth above. The response date remains unchanged for May 8, 2017 at 3:00 PM, local time.

File details come from the government source that posted it. Updated .
