About this file

This Statement of Work describes NASA Glenn Research Center's requirement to purchase an EchoTherm IR NDI System Upgrade from Thermal Wave Imaging (TWI), with a single line item (Part Number ET-2020-01-01-DG) for a quantity of one unit. The upgrade package includes Mosaiq Software v.4.x and Virtuoso Software v.4.x, both requiring Windows 11 operating systems. The software provides Thermographic Signal Reconstruction (TSR) processing capabilities, data analysis, material characterization, and image processing functions with data archival in compressed TW2 format or AVI movie format.

The system components include a rackmount PC configured for high-speed digital image capture and signal processing, featuring a multi-core Intel processor or equivalent, 250GB SSD, 2TB HDD, 64GB RAM, 6GB PCIe video GPU, Gigabit NIC, USB 3.0, and a 34" HD flat panel display with switchable 110/240VAC power. Additional deliverables include updates to the Integrated Intelligent System Controller, Flash Power Controller, and Precision Flash Controller; a replacement flashlamp; a fully integrated Thermal Wave Imaging system with cables compatible with the specified FLIR cameras (supplied by NASA Glenn); one day of on-line training; and user manuals. All upgrades and updates will be performed at TWI's Michigan facility, with NASA Glenn responsible for shipping current equipment, accessories, and software to TWI. The period of performance is 4-6 weeks from authorization to proceed (ARO), with the place of performance designated as NASA Glenn Research Center, 21000 Brookpark Road, Building 49, Room 9A, Cleveland, Ohio 44135.
