Delivery terms specify that risk of loss passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier at the place of manufacture.

STATEMENT OF WORK
Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Supply Order Requiring Office: NASA Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC), ER64
1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE
This Statement of Work (“SOW”) defines the procurement and delivery requirements for upgraded replacement high-frequency power modules. The current VIF Type modules in an existing Inductoheat type V8M4S inductive heating system operated in the Nuclear Thermal Rocket Element Environmental Simulator (NTREES) are obsolete and must be entirely replaced by VIFB Type modules to ensure full hardware compatibility.
2.0 SCOPE OF WORK
The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, manufacturing materials, services, and technical management processes to deliver the complete, commercial hardware suite and technical warranties outlined below.
3.0 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS & DELIVERABLES
