Deliverables include on-site training completion for the five civil servants, one-year access to training schedules for future students, and certificates of completion for each individual student. All training must be completed within one year after receipt of order (ARO). The Government will furnish a training room at NASA LaRC and provide the location and list of trainee names.

STATEMENT OF WORK
1.0 Introduction/Background: Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) are used extensively across NASA LaRC in Facility Automation Systems (FAS) and Data Acquisition Systems (DAS). PLC technology is rapidly changing and there is a need to increase the number of personnel trained in the use of these systems and provide refresher training for those who already use them.
2.0 Scope of Work: Provide Private/Personal PLC training
3.0 Objectives: Increase the number of NASA LaRC personnel that are properly trained in the use and maintenance of PLC systems.
4.0 Description of the Work/Contractor Tasks:
• Private On-Site Training for 5 NASA LaRC civil servants o Deliver an intensive five-day program that covers the following:
Create a Studio Logix Designer Project Configure Modules in a Studio 5000 Logix Designer Project Create User-Defined Data Type Identify and Correct Faults in a Logix5000 System o Provide hands-on instruction with practical exercises designed to reinforce key concepts and build confidence in managing automated equipment. All of their training labs are Allen-Bradley software and hardware o Provide Level 1 Programmer certification at the end of the training.
• Provide a 1-year Customer Training Investment Account for future training.
5.0 Deliverables:
• On Site training for 5 Civil Servants
• Access to training schedule over 1 year for future students
• Certificates of completion for each individual student
