About this file

This document contains technical specifications for high vacuum concentric rotary feedthroughs required for a VOiD chamber. The procurement requires two complete motorized concentric shaft assemblies, each consisting of two independent shafts that must operate simultaneously through a single DN40CF flange. Both the inner and outer shafts must be motorized and controllable with encoder-based position feedback capability. The outer shaft must transmit torques of at least 6.6 lb-ft, while the inner shaft must transmit torques of at least 0.3 lb-ft.

The feedthroughs must be rated for high vacuum systems operating at pressures of 10E-7 Torr or below. The estimated delivery timeline is 11 weeks after purchase order placement. No pricing information, response dates, award dates, federal agency identification, set-asides, or contract vehicles are specified in this document.
