About this file
This Statement of Work details NASA Glenn Research Center's requirement for additional Flow-3D software licenses. The procurement involves four identical leased licenses for the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software, each with one solver instance token and up to forty core tokens. Each license includes maintenance service and is valid from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, to be used at the NASA John H. Glenn Research Center located in Cleveland, OH 44135-3191. Additionally, the document includes two mandatory requirements related to Artificial Intelligence (AI): contractors must disclose AI technology use during contract performance and follow specific guidelines when acquiring covered AI systems or services, as defined by OMB memo M-25-22.
