About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details the requirements for a WR-10 94 GHz Doppler Radar Heterodyne Transceiver to be delivered to Spacek Labs in Santa Barbara, CA. The specific transceiver model TR94-1MHz must meet precise technical specifications, including a 94 GHz RF frequency, minimum +24 dBm RF output power, 0-10 VDC voltage control, and an estimated 16-week lead time for production. Key technical parameters include a downconverter gain of +10 dB, noise figure of 4-5 dB, DC-2 MHz IF output, and a bias of 2A at +8VDC. The procurement appears to be a sole-source requirement for NASA, indicating a specialized technical need that can only be met by a specific vendor or technology.
