STATEMENT OF WORK

1. Objective/Requirements This statement of work is for the procurement of two COTS Frontgrade Gaisler GR740 development units along with the procurement of three COTS GRMON4 software components.

2. Characteristics, Scope, and Specs

The contractor shall perform the following duties:

• Deliver one GR740-Mini Evaluation Board to NASA MSFC.

• Deliver one GR-CPCI-GR740 Development Board to NASA MSFC.

• Deliver one GRMON4 Professional License – Perpetual to NASA MSFC.

• Upgrade two GRMON2 USB licenses, currently owned and used by NASA MSFC, to

GRMON4 via remote distribution. The USB key identifier will be provided to Frontgrade Gaisler to enable the remote upgrade of the units.

3. Place of Performance

Above procurements will be shipped to NASA MSFC.

4. Period of Performance N/A. This is a COTS procurement, and the shipment process will begin once the purchase order is delivered to Frontgrade Gaisler.
