About this file

This Statement of Work specifies requirements for NASA Alloy GRX-810 powder to be supplied to NASA Glenn Research Center. The supplier must provide approximately 750 lbs of coated alloy powder suitable for L-PBF and DED AM processes, with precise chemical composition requirements detailed for 12 elements including Chromium (28.75-31.25%), Cobalt (30.75-33.25%), Nickel (Balance), and other elements with specified minimum/maximum ranges.

The powder must flow through a Hall Flow Funnel with a 2.5 mm orifice following ASTM standards, and its chemistry must be analyzed using LECO and ICP methods. Deliverables include the physical powder shipment to NASA Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, OH, along with material certifications documenting the actual chemistry, sieve/particle size distribution, and Hall flow test results. The certifications must be emailed once the powder is containerized. The SOW is dated December 3, 2024.
