Statement of Work for SciGlob procurement.

NASA is requesting SciGlob Instrumentation to procure a (1) Mini RoboHypo optical pointing instrument.

Specific Elements of this procurement include:

1) A programmable internal rotating stage with linear polarizer capable of 360-degree rotation

2) High spectral resolution spectrometer

3) User-friendly interface that allows for:

a. a) fixed or programmable gain measurement commands, and

b. b) user-defined measurement sequences.

4) The instrument will have the following auxiliary sensors:

a. temperatures,

b. pressure, and

c. humidity.

5) The instrument’s Field-of-View will be preselected by the user prior to its fabrication.

6) Completion of instrument fabrication and testing shall be done no later than 180 days after initiation of procurement, see quote.

7) Final instrument testing by NASA shall occur no more than 60 days after delivery of instrument to NASA.
