About this file

This document provides details regarding a sole source contract opportunity with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Shared Services Center for building maintenance services. The period of performance is anticipated to begin in 2024. Interested parties were invited to submit capability statements by December 18, 2023 to be considered for conducting the procurement through full and open competition instead of as a sole source award. However, the determination to compete the requirement was at the sole discretion of NASA. The primary point of contact for any questions is the listed procurement specialist.
