M.2 GENERAL

It is the Government’s intention to award one (1) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract by selecting the technically acceptable proposal with the lowest evaluated price. Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the following process:

In order to be considered awardable, the Offeror must be evaluated as “acceptable” in every non-price technical factor. Failure to meet a requirement may result in an offer being determined technically “unacceptable”. [5: If the Offeror (a) takes exception to any term of this RFP, (b) proposes additional terms, or (c) omits material information required by this RFP, then the Department will consider the proposal to be unacceptable and the Offeror to be ineligible for contract award. The Department reserves the right to amend the terms of this RFP at any time prior to the source selection decision. If the Department modifies the RFP, the Offeror will be given an opportunity to modify their proposal.]
