About this file

This document is an attachment titled "Sampling Cartridges - ATTACHMENT A" related to a state and local contract opportunity from the Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) for GEMS Sampling Cartridges. The attachment outlines the mandatory specifications for the radioiodine and particulate filter cartridge, including requirements for the cartridge assembly, labeling, diameter, finish, marking, contents, pressure drop, methyl iodine retention, and brand. Vendors must indicate whether they meet each mandatory specification and provide a vendor narrative. The pricing table requests per unit rates for the Radeco Brand, Part Number 0750-69P Model PS-400 cartridges for the contract term of July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2023, with no minimum purchase guarantee although IEMA estimates purchasing approximately 2400 units per year. Vendors must provide company contact information and agree to the stated terms, including no price increases and the State's right to reject all offers.

The contract opportunity has an anticipated term of 2 years. Pricing must be valid for 90 days, include shipping and handling, and the State is guaranteed the lowest price if there are any decreases. Award will be based on the sum total for all products, and the State reserves the right to reject individual offers for failure to meet any requirement.
